When choosing organic products, it should be paid attention to whether they have certificates. In order to be able to make organic production, all processes of the field, farmer, fertilizer, grown product, processing organization and packaging and marketing must be audited and certified by authorized organizations. The soil is left fallow every two years, rested and ensured to have sufficient minerals for production. Production areas should be at least 5 km away from places that create environmental pollution such as industrial chimneys and highways. Natural fertilizer and partial spraying should be done by using natural seeds. The cost of all these criteria and low yields cause organic products to be higher than other products.
